PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT

- The concrete supports must be solid, dry (fully set if they are newly built 28 days), level, absorbent, not contaminated with oils, detergents, powders or other substances.

- Evaluate the most convenient type of mechanical preparation (using an abrasive machine, polishing machine, hydro-cleaner ...) and apply one pass of Transparent Paviplast Epoxy.
- Oily surfaces have to be thoroughly devastated and treated, with Pavex 2C Primer + quartz already mixed or by dusting until saturated on the fresh product.

- On non-absorbent backgrounds (ceramic, marble ...), devastate, sand and vacuum, then apply one pass with Ecopox Plus 3C.
- On bases without guarantees of stability, create an effort, adding a fiberglass mesh to the system.

IMPORTANT
- For shades of yellow, orange or some reds additional layers may be needed to obtain a good coverage (in some cases a first pass in white is recommended).
- Different production batches of the same color may have small differences, so it is recommended to use material from a single production batch.

- Some colors based on organic pigments (reds, blues, greens and intense yellows) tend to fade when they are subject to abrasion (either dry or wet).

In these cases it is advisable to protect the color with a clear finish pass

HOW TO USE

Mix the components A + B with a whisk at low revolutions for at least 1 minute, until obtaining a perfect homogenization.

APPLICATION

- Pour the contents of part B over part A, shake and mix with a low speed mixer. Add dilution water and continue mixing until a completely homogenized mixture is achieved, apply at a consumption per layer of 500 - 600 g / m2.

- To color the formulation, universal water-based pigment must be added, which has good compatibility within the system.

- The amount of pigment with respect to component A + B can vary between 1 to 10% depending on the color effect to be obtained.
