Polished. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION Always respect the same percentage of water during mixing. Do not add any additive to the mortar. Respect the minimum thickness required according to the types of support. Respect, perimeter joint (min. 5 mm), expansion (16-20 m2) and fractionation. Application temperatures 5ºC to 30ºC.

EXECUTION CONDITIONS

The support must be solid and hard, be dry, free of dust, from broken areas, paints, oils ... Do not apply to cracked, degraded concrete or with the possibility of movement ... In all cases, on new concrete (set> 28 days ) or old and compression> 25 N / mm ² , mill the surface layer until the aggregate appears. On weak cementitious bases and without guarantees, mill until the aggregate appears, vacuum and reinforce with Silicate Hardener . On Floor Regrind , sand, open pore and vacuum, before pouring and final finishing. Avoid application with drafts. Before pouring, apply 1 - 2 passes of F-300 Quick Primer. Respect the expansion joints, work, by cutting or placing profile (maximum cloths, 16-20 m ² ).

HOW TO USE

• By pumping: percentage of water 20 - 21%.

• If necessary, use the barbed roller to remove the air trapped in the dough and achieve a better leveling.

• Dry polishing:> 7 days.

OBSERVATIONS

Do not apply on: Exterior floors. Wet floors subject to continuous humidity lifts. Degraded, fragile or unstable soils. On underfloor heating in service (stop the heating 24 hours before and start up after 48 hours after the work is completed).

Kneading and transport by pumping. Life of the mass: 10-20 minutes Start of setting: 45 minutes Dry to touch: 5-7 hours Passable (pedestrian):> 8 hours Time for dry polishing:> 7 days.
