RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION

Always respect the same percentage of water during mixing. Do not add water to the product once it is kneaded. Respect the expansion joints of the existing base, mortar, ceramic, ... Application temperatures 5ºC to 35ºC. Do not apply with risk of frost, with direct insolation, strong wind or rain.

EXECUTION CONDITIONS

The support must be solid and hard, be dry, free of dust, from separable areas, paints, waxes and oils ... Clean the support until the complete removal of the old or old plaster, in an amount greater than approximately 50 cm above the humidity mark. Remove any degraded parts, as well as salt inlays, by brushing and washing with water.

HOW TO USE

• Mix a bag of fine Revex-Cal (25 kg) with 7 liters of clean water with a mechanical mixer at low speed, until a homogeneous and lump-free mass is formed.
• Machine designed: knead with 24 - 25% clean water.

• Apply the mortar compactly, uniformly and without irregularities, until achieving the desired thickness, minimum 10 mm.

• Once set and dry, coat with lime mortars from the Revex Cal range of finishes.

 Hydraulic lime based mortar, hydrated lime, selected aggregates, inert lightening and mineral additives. 

OBSERVATIONS

Do not add any additive to the mortar. On absorbent or porous surfaces and in times of strong heat, moisten before applying the product. Treat the singular areas (fissures ...) with fiberglass mesh. The drying time will vary depending on the existing temperature and humidity.
