PRINTED Concrete Additive Mortar 350 N / mm2
PRINTED is an additive for stamping concretes of 350 N / mm2
Colored mortar for printed concrete
For the decoration of traditional flooring (cobblestone, wood ...)
Especially indicated for urban pavements, houses, parking lots ...
Color Loading: 20 Colors
PERFORMANCE : 5-7 kg / m2 and mm thickness (According to color)
PRESENTATION: 25 kg paper bags
APPLICATIONS
High resistance colored mortar that is applied on fresh concrete and that allows the molding of the concrete offering a rolling layer of excellent hardness and durability. For the decoration of traditional pavements (cobblestone, wood ...) Especially suitable for urban pavements, homes, parking lots ...
FINISHES
More than 70 models A la carte models Printed, plain, scratched and trowelled
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION
Application temperatures 5ºC to 35ºC Do not add water to the product once it has been sprinkled on fresh concrete.
EXECUTION CONDITIONS
The base will be properly compacted and with the approval of the medical management, to receive the concrete. The thickness of the concrete in all cases will be decided by the construction management or the property. The concrete will be manufactured in an authorized plant and transported in trucks in Cuba within 30 minutes, it will have a cone of collapse between 6.5 and 8 cm, in order to avoid the rise of slag and segregation of granules. Avoid concretes with excess additives, these make it difficult for the water to rise due to capillarity, preventing the coupling between the concrete and the mortar.
HOW TO USE
- In the minutes following the regularization of the concrete, it is smoothed allowing the water to rise by capillary action and ensuring a perfect connection between concrete and mortar.
- Sprinkle the PRINTED product in 2 passes at a rate of 4-5 kg / m2 and according to color.
- Manual smoothing ensuring a perfect adhesion of the product with the concrete.
- With the concrete in a plastic state, the Despi is dusted, which acts as a release agent and aged the pavement. In the setting process, it is stamped with the chosen molds.
- After the first 48-72 hours, the floor is washed with pressurized water.
- Apply two coats of F-300 or F-250 sealing resin with the flooring free of puddled water.
- OBSERVATIONS
Waiting times for application vary depending on the temperature, humidity and type of concrete. Protect all the areas where it can be stained (manholes, curbs, baseboards ...) with PROTECTOR PAVISTAMP . In hot or windy weather use BRYTEN CH surface retarder to control the rapid evaporation of moisture on the surface of fresh concrete and thus facilitate a perfect bond between mortar and concrete, avoiding the appearance of surface cracks. High resistance mortar Good abrasion wear behavior Wheeled and pedestrian traffic Decorative finishes

EMPLOYMENT CHARACTERISTICS
PAVISTAMP application by dusting in 2 passes on fresh concrete. The mortar must be completely integrated on the fresh concrete. Avoid wetting the concrete with water. In hot weather, delay the setting process of the concrete with FILMAT R. In winter time, accelerate the setting of the concrete with HORMIDUR-SC . After the first 24 hours approx. open expansion joints in cloths of maximum 16-20 m2.
