APPLICATIONS
- Conventional self-leveling mortar with low density, normal setting and compensated retraction.
- For new construction and rehabilitation.
- To level and smooth thickness differences
between
10 - 60 mm.
- Indoor
SUPPORTS
- Concrete, existing pavement, tiles, terrazzo, ceramic ...
THICKNESSES / - From 10 to 60 mm.
- Types of finish: Micro-mortar Pavicem, Paints Paviplast (epoxy) - Carpet, parquet ... to the adhered.
EXECUTION CONDITIONS
- The support must be solid and hard, dry, free of dust, from disaggregated areas, paints, waxes and oils, oxides, traces of plaster ...
- Cementitious parts that are not solid should be removed or if possible reinforced with the F-600 consolidator.
- On anhydrous, very smooth or porous substrates applying a F-800 bonding pass or F-300 quick primer.
- In cracked or degraded concretes, clean before applying the Pavifluid-200 self-leveling with the appropriate mesh.
- On new concrete, it must be completely set, 28 days.
HOW TO USE
- Manual kneading:
1 bag of Pavifluid-200 with 5 - 5.5 liters of water, until obtaining a homogeneous mass and without lumps.
- Mechanical kneading:
For the mixing and spraying of Pavifluid-200 with a machine, the percentage of water will be approximately 20 - 22%.
* If necessary, smooth with a leveling trowel.
* Use the barbed roller to remove air from the product
COMPRESSION STRENGTH - FLEXION
- 1 days:
Compression: 5 N / mm2
Flex: 2.1 N / mm2
- 7 days:
Compression: 16 N / mm2
Flex: 4 N / mm2
- 28 days:
compression: 21 N / mm2
bending: 5 N / mm2
* These results are from standard tests and may vary depending on the on-site conditions
OBSERVATIONS
- Do not add any additive to the mortar.
- On absorbent surfaces, moisten before
apply the product.
- Do not use on supports subject to continuous
humidity lifts.
- Do not use for exterior leveling.
- Do not add water to the mixture that has already started the setting process.
