Lime mortar in paste Master base CL
-
Monolayer mortar of lime paste according to the UNE-EN 998/1: 2003 standard, very light, high performance (approx. 9.5 kg / m2 and cm thick) and low coefficient of thermal conductivity (λ = 0.220 W / m • K).
Indicated for the covering of single-leaf walls, both in new construction and in renovations that require a mortar capable of providing additional thermal resistance and protection against rainwater. Allows for frosted, scraped and textured finishes.
PRESENTATION
COMMON APPLICATIONS
• Interior and exterior cladding, mainly on facades.
• Due to its low coefficient of thermal conductivity, it reduces the thermal transmittance of the walls it covers, making it a corrective insulator to comply with the CTE (Technical Building Code).
PRODUCT PROPERTIES
• Initial setting by chemical reaction of its own components (hydraulic lime) and subsequent re-carbonation over time with carbon dioxide (air lime), which allows its application in a single layer.
• It has a harmonic behavior with stone, ceramics, concrete, etc.
• Excellent adherence to the substrate due to the fineness of the lime and its magnificent water retention that maintains its basic pH for longer (> 12).
• Light, plastic, greasy and creamy mortar, easy to spread and work.
• Great variety of finishes: textures and colors.
• Water-repellent and highly permeable to water vapor, allowing the walls to breathe, avoiding condensation.
• Thermal.
• It has excellent bioclimatic properties.
• Much better performance than commercial monolayers (approx. 50% to 70% less consumption).
Binders:
Natural hydraulic lime (NHL) and hydrated lime with a high calcium content (CL-90-S), both certified according to the UNE-EN 459 1: 2010 standard.
Inert:
Siliceous sand and limestone certified according to UNE-EN 12620, UNE-EN 13139, UNE-EN 13043 and UNE-EN 13242 standards. Light aggregates of mineral nature.
Additives:
Water retainers, air occluders and cellulose microfibers; all biodegradable. Water-repellent based on silicon nanoparticles.
Dyes:
