PROPERTIES
Thermocal is a very light, waterproof and breathable mortar with a porous-cavernous mass formed by multiple and small globular structures made up of closed and empty microcells, cellulose and spongy, which hinders and reduces any thermal exchange by conduction, convection or radiation.
It is compatible with old and current building methods and materials from a chemical, structural and mechanical point of view, adopting a harmonic behavior with that of other materials such as stone, ceramics, concrete, mud, etc.
Excellent sealing against physical attacks (vibrations, winds, freeze-thaw cycle) and chemical ones (rain, acid salts,.) As well as constancy of volume under variable humidity conditions.
It is not toxic nor does it produce harmful salts and its fungicidal and bactericidal properties, intrinsic to lime, make it a "healer" product for fungi and bacteria that plague old and wet buildings.
APPLICATIONS
Thermal and acoustic insulation-corrector.
Dehumidifying treatment to solve problems as a consequence of humidity caused by condensation inside the houses.
Acoustic absorber-corrector in rooms and premises with reverberations
