RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION
Application temperatures 5-30ºC Always respect the same percentage of water. On absorbent and dry surfaces, moisten well before applying the mortar. The support must not have irregularities greater than 10 mm with a 2 m rule. In rehabilitation work, clean up all degraded or loose parts beforehand and replace with Pavigrout / Pavigrout Rapid repair mortar.
EXECUTION CONDITIONS
The support must be resistant, completely set and free of dust, oil, grease ... Application thickness for fixing the plate 2-4 mm. Thickness for regularization of 3-5 mm per pass. The starting profile will be placed at ± 10 cm. ground. The fiberglass mesh will provide an overlap of at least 10 cm. with the consecutive mesh.
HOW TO USE
- Mix Revislant with 5-6 liters of clean water per 25 kg bag until a homogeneous and lump-free mass is obtained.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
Spread the mortar with a notched trowel in small cloths (2-3 m 2 ) and glue the plate.
Once the plates have been placed with the joints sandwiched and the mortar is dry (24 hours), they will be drilled, for the placement of the anchor block.
After 24 hours approx. the surface will be regulated and then with the fresh paste the mesh will be spread across the entire surface. Once dry, a mortar pass will be applied in order to regularize and cover the visible mesh or some small irregularity.

OBSERVATIONS
The wind causes a shorter open time of the mortar and leads to less adherence. Do not apply with the risk of rain, ice or thaw. Do not apply on degraded or weak mortars. Rest time after kneading: 5 min. Plate rectification time: 15 min. Life of the dough: 1-2 hours approximately. Thickness per layer: 3- 5mm* These times can vary considerably depending on the type of support and the environmental conditions.
