Support Preparation

Damaged concrete areas should be removed to a healthy, hard surface, the edges of the repair will be mechanically cut to a minimum of about 4mm depth.

If there are armor affected by corrosion, these will be discovered until the exposed armor is not affected.

Remove rust from armatures and mechanically clean to a minimum Sa2 grade.

We recommend sandblasting, steel barbed brush, mechanical brushing with needle gun, etc.

The support must be moistened to saturation, without watering, before the application of the mortar

To improve adherence, the Ask Pro bridge can be used (in this case, do not wet the support).

Mixture:

Mix the powder product with the indicated amount of water (5.10 liters of water per 30 kg bag)

Knead with a low speed mechanical mixer or mixer until fully homogenized (approx. 2-3 minutes),

The mass obtained must have a thixotropic consistency.

Application:

Apply by strong pressure on the support, a thin first coat to ensure adhesion.

Apply the rest until the desired thickness is obtained.

Once the hardening has begun, it can be smoothed, floated, etc.

IMPORTANT:

In very humid environments the setting process can increase.

Do not apply at temperatures below 5ºC or above 35ºC

Do not apply in conditions of strong winds, rain and / or frost.

Do not add sand, cement or any other product that modifies the original formulation

If the product hardens do not try to apply it again adding water.

Avoid breathing dust and contact with skin and eyes.

Keep the container closed and protected from moisture.

PRECAUTIONS

In order to guarantee that the product reaches its intended properties, it is absolutely necessary to cure the mortar for at least 24 hours thereafter. To do this, moisten the mortar placed with water spray for 24 hours after its execution, keeping the plastered surface wet. for its correct curing.

Cleaning

Cleaning tools and work tools In a fresh state, it can be cleaned with water. If the material is hardened, it can only be cleaned mechanically.

Storage

Protect from solar radiation and extreme temperatures. In tropical climates the product should be stored in a cool place. In cold climates the product should be stored at a temperature ≥ 5 ° C.

It lasts 12 months from its date of manufacture, if stored correctly and in its original packaging.

Security and health

It is an alkaline product, it contains cement.

Irritating to skin, eyes and respiratory tract.

Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

Use labor protection measures, such as a mask, gloves and protective glasses.

Keep out of reach of children.
