Support Preparation

- The support must be resistant and stable, clean from dust, paint, oil, grease, etc., for which purpose it will be cleaned, removing any remaining dust, liquids, flaking, efflorescence residues and any other substance. that may impair good adherence to the support.

- Damaged concrete areas should be removed until a healthy and resistant surface is reached, the edges of the repair will be mechanically cut at least 4 mm deep.

- If there are armor affected by corrosion, these will be discovered until the exposed armor is not affected.

Remove rust from armatures and mechanically clean to a minimum Sa2 grade.

- It is recommended to clean with sandblasting, steel barbed brush, mechanical brushing with a needle gun, etc.

- The support must be moistened to saturation, without watering, before the application of the mortar.

- To improve adherence, the Ask Pro bonding bridge can be used (in this case, do not wet the support).

Mixture:

- Mix the powder product with the indicated amount of water

- Mix with a low speed mechanical mixer or mixer until fully homogenized (approx. 2-3 minutes),

- The mass obtained must have a thixotropic consistency.

Application:

- Apply by means of strong pressure on the support, a first thin layer to ensure adherence.

- Apply the rest until the desired thickness is obtained.

- Once the hardening has begun, it can be smoothed, floated, etc.

- Smooth and / or trowel.

Important:

- In very humid environments the setting process can increase.

- Do not apply at temperatures below 5ºC or above 35ºC

- Do not apply in conditions of strong winds, rain and / or frost

- Do not add sand, cement or any other product that modifies the original formulation

- If the product hardens do not try to apply it again adding water.

- Avoid breathing dust and contact with skin and eyes.

- Keep the container closed and protected from moisture.

Cautions

In order to guarantee that the product reaches its intended properties, it is absolutely necessary to cure the mortar for at least 24 hours thereafter. To do this, moisten the mortar placed with water spray for 24 hours after its execution, keeping the plastered surface wet. for its correct curing.

Cleaning

Fresh tools and work tools can be cleaned with water. If the material is hardened, it can only be cleaned mechanically.
