Pavidur 1C
is a one-component adhesive designed for bonding crushed aggregates and classified in the Bfl s1 category as fire resistant.
Perfect for application on roundabout contours, sidewalks, swimming pools and terraces
Packaging: 1,5 and 25 Kg
Consumption: 5-6% On dry weight
Pavidur 1C usage features
- Application temperature measured on the pavement: 10 - 30ºC.
- Pot life (20ºC): 1 - 2 hours.
- Thickness: between 3 and 6 cm.
- Dry to the touch: 5 hours.
- Total drying: 24 hours (3 cm / 20ºC).
- Commissioned time: At least 2 days.
How to use the Pavidur 1C
- Mix the aggregate and the adhesive for at least 10 minutes.
- Pour the dough on the pavement.
GRANULOMETRY DOSAGE 9 - 12 mm 4% per Kg of aggregate 5 - 9 mm 5% per Kg of aggregate 3 - 5 mm 7% per Kg of aggregate
Pvidur 1C application recommendations
- Application temperatures 10ºC to 30ºC.
- Always respect the same percentage of Pavidur-1C during mixing.
- Do not add water to the product.
- Respect the expansion, perimeter and retraction joints.
- Provide adequate slopes for water evacuation.

Hello what would be the coverage of this product if purchasing the 25kg amount? Looking at building a pool and working out cost.

To make the lining of a sand pool, more products are needed, such as the PAVIMPER 2 C waterproofing agent, the PAVEX PRIMER 2 C primer and later the sand and the Pavidur binder. With a container of 25 kg it has enough to agglomerate 6 bags of 25 kg and cover an area of approximately 22 m2.
Once the sand has been applied, you will also need the sand sealing and protection resin ORFAPOL PLUS.

Is this product applicable on an EPDM foil? Does the product attach properly on the EPDM, or is this only applicable on concrete surfaces?

This product is valid for agglomerating any type of sand and can adhere to an EPDM sheet without any problem.

ist bei dem Pavidur 1c der Beschleuniger dabei? Oder kann man den auch bei Ihnen extra bestellen.
Kann man das Produkt auch auf Folie mit Gewebe verarbeiten und nicht nur auf betonierten Oberflächen?

Hallo ja, der Gashebel ist im Pavidur 1 C enthalten.
Unser Beschichtungssystem muss auf einem Betonträger ausgeführt werden, es ist auf einem EPDM-Blech nicht bequem

Hello, with a 25 kg container of Pavidur you can agglomerate 500 kg of silica sand or quartz with a grain size of approximately 0.8-1.2 mm, which represents 71m2 of coating with a thickness of about 3/4 mm.
These are the consumption of each of the products that make up our coating system:
F300 - Acrylic resin for filler: 0.100 kgrs / m2
PAVIMER 2C - Elastic waterproofing mortar: 2.5 kg / m2
PAVEX PRIMER- Tacky epoxy primer- 0,300kg / m2
SANDS (quartz or silica) 0.8-1.2 mm- 7 kg / m2
ORFAPOL PLUS - Polyurethane resin for sealing - 0.300 kg / m2
It is also convenient to use DECOUPLER L2- to facilitate the sliding of the tools in the smoothing of the sand.
