• Rest time after mixing: 2 minutes.
• Dough life: 50 minutes.

For grouting:

• Maximum cleaning time: immediate.
• Commissioning: 3-4 days.
• Commissioning in swimming pools: 7 days.
• Total setting: 7 days.

For gluing:

• Hardening time: 14-20 hours.
• Total setting: 7 days.
• Gluing thickness: 3-10 mm.

PRODUCT

CONSERVATION

• 12 months from the date of manufacture, in the original closed container (20ºC) and sheltered from the elements.

EXECUTION CONDITIONS

• FOR JOINTING: the joints between tiles or pieces must be clean, dry and free of dust ... before grouting, in applications on porous or absorbent surfaces, treat the tiles with PAVISTAMP Protector before grouting to avoid that the pieces are stained.
• Before grouting, allow at least 4-6 hours to elapse after laying the covering or flooring.
• FOR GLUING: The support must be compact, resistant and not friable, clean of dust, oil and grease. On highly absorbent screeds, it is advisable to apply one pass of Paviplast Epoxy diluted 30% with water.
• The ceramic tile with Pavicolor Eco must be grout with the same mortar.
• Apply on small surfaces to facilitate cleaning time.

HOW TO USE

• Kneading:
• Pour Component B over Component A , mix with a helical mixer at low revolutions until a homogeneous and lump-free mass is obtained.
Use as an adhesive:
• Spread the mortar with a notched trowel (maximum thickness 10 mm), lay and press the tiles until the grooves are crushed • Use as grouting:
• Fill the joints between tiles on small surfaces with a hard rubber trowel, and diagonally to the tiles, immediately remove product residues with the trowel, leaving only a fine veil on the tile. • On large surfaces it can be applied with a refillable spray gun.
• Remove the remains of the product with a sponge moistened with clean water and act in a rotary direction to remove the veil from the surface material. Finally, as many times as necessary, give a pass with a clean sponge moistened with clean water. • An excess of water during washing affects the final performance of the product.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION

• Application temperatures 5ºC to 30ºC.
• Always respect the same mixing ratio.
• Avoid application in rainy or very humid weather, with risk of frost, with direct insolation or strong wind.
• It is cleaned immediately with a sponge and clean water.
• Important: once hardened, the mortar cannot be removed.
• Always respect the perimeter, expansion and fractionation joints.
