Mortecril Micro acrylic mortar is a product of the Pavistamp Green Line, made with 100% recycled products. It is supplied ready for use and no additive should be incorporated. By applying it, a fine acrylic coating is obtained that is perfect for decorating and waterproofing facades, exteriors and interiors. It can also be applied to walls and ceilings and has anti-mold and anti-green properties. It is compatible with most media.

Consumption and conservation of Mortecril Micro

• 3-4 kg / m2 applied manually
• 2-3 kg / m2 applied with a spray gun

Conservation: 24 months (20ºC) from the date of manufacture, in original closed container, sheltered from the elements and humidity

How is Mortecril Micro used?

Conditions of execution of this mortar

• The supports must be flat, stable, resistant and clean
• Application on supports of excellent planimetry
• On highly absorbent or easily disintegrable supports, previously apply a layer of primer F-300 diluted with water (1 part F-300, 3 parts water)
• Apply in all cases a primer coat of Mortecril Primer and thus avoid possible transparencies, after 24 hours you can apply the Mortecril micro
• Use adhesive tape to delimit work joints or decorative pieces
• In the case of applying in large areas, prevent additional labor to avoid the appearance of joints within the same surface.
• Do not interrupt the application once it has started, unless a working or decorative meeting can be held

How to use the Mortecril Micro

The mortar is supplied ready to use. Once the container is opened, before using, stir all the contents with a whisk until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Apply Mortecril micro in two passes with a stainless steel trowel or spray gun. Cross and distribute the material to obtain a uniform layer with the same thickness at all points.
