OBSERVATIONS

• The amount of inert fines that the concrete contains influences the final aesthetic appearance.
• The use of polypropylene fibers is recommended in order to increase the cohesion of the concrete to be deactivated.
• Very important : before starting the work, carry out a preliminary test with the concrete to be used later in production, in order to verify if the effect achieved is the desired one.

EMPLOYMENT CHARACTERISTICS

• Apply Filmat-RD evenly.
• The concrete will be washed with pressure water (100-150 bars).
• The operator will keep the nozzle between 20-40 cm from the concrete surface.
• With wind or strong sun exposure, wash between 6 -15 hours after applying the product.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE * These results are from standard tests and may vary depending on the conditions of installation.

• Apply the Filmat-RD with a spray on the surface of the fresh concrete and uniformly at a rate of 6-8 m 2 / kg of product.

• Between 5-24 hours (depending on attack) remove the surface product with a pressurized water machine (20-40 cm away from the concrete). • Once the surface is dry (24-48 hours), apply Racly 2 , F-300 , F-250 , Orfapol 50 curing resin.

Important: Always carry out a preliminary test with the percentage of water that will be used later in production

APPLICATIONS

• To achieve concrete surfaces architecturally deactivated from exposed aggregate.
• The absence of solvents facilitates its use.
• It is not necessary to protect the ends of the surfaces to be treated except for painted facades and porous supports.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION

• Application temperatures 5-30ºC.
• Do not apply while there is puddled water on the fresh concrete surface.
• To obtain good results, it is important to have a good homogeneity of the concrete.
• Too strong vibration of the concrete produces a risk of raising the fine elements, causing a separation of the mixture.
• Respect the expansion joints, work, by cutting or placing profile (maximum cloths, 16-20 m 2).
