Pavifort-San employment characteristics

• Application temperatures 10-35ºC
• Maximum humidity support: 4%
• Maximum relative humidity: 70%
• Pot life (20ºC): 15 - 20 minutes
• Dry to the touch (25ºC): less than 2 hours
• Tack-free drying (25ºC): less than 6 hours
• Time between layers: minimum 12 hours to maximum 24 hours
• Full cure (25ºC):> 7 days
• Full cure (15ºC):> 12 days
• Available in red and ocher colors

Execution conditions with the Pavifort-San coating

• On concrete: For optimal results, the concrete must have:
• A strong and firm surface.
• It is dry, free of grease and other materials.
• Be fully set for at least 28 days and with less than 4% humidity.
• In the preparation a sandblasting, sandblasting and water blasting, brushed with steel tines, acid pickling, with 10% solution and subsequent drying are recommended.
• On smooth, non-absorbent surfaces ... sand before and open pore, to ensure a good anchorage.

How to use the Pavifort-San

• Mix Component A homogeneously with a slow whisk and simultaneously pour the contents of Component B.
• Important: once the mixture is ready, you have 15 to 20 minutes to apply.
• Application can be done with: spray equipment, brush and roller
