PAVIFLUID - 160 (30-150 mm thick) APPLICATIONS Low-density, self-leveling cementitious mortar with normal setting and compensated shrinkage. Ideal for screeds in thick layers of floors, where high thermal insulation is required, as well as a low weight of the slab. Reduces the weight of the slab by approx. 50%. compared to a conventional self-leveling mortar. For new construction and rehabilitation. For leveling and smoothing thickness differences between 30 - 150 mm. Light traffic and underfloor heating. Indoor
SUPPORTS
Concrete, existing pavement, tiles, terrazzo, ceramic ...
THICKNESSES
From 30 to 150 mm. Types of finish:
Microline Pavicem microcement , adhesives, Paviplast Paints, Carpet, parquet
EXECUTION CONDITIONS
The support must be solid and hard, be dry, free of dust, separable areas, paints, waxes and oils, oxides, gypsum residues ... The cementitious parts that are not solid must be removed or if possible reinforced with the F-600 consolidator. On anhydrous, very smooth or porous substrates, apply an F-800 bonding pass or F-300 quick primer before. For cracked or degraded concretes, clean before applying Pavifluid-160 self - leveling with the appropriate mesh. On new concrete, it must be completely set, ≥ 28 days.
HOW TO USE
- For mixing and spraying with a machine (double mixing), the percentage of water will be approximately 30%.
- Manual kneading:
1 bag of Pavifluid-160 with 5.3 liters of water, until obtaining a homogeneous mass and without lumps.
If necessary, smooth with a leveling trowel.
- Use the barbed roller to remove air from the product.
-
OBSERVATIONS
- Do not add any additive to the mortar.
- On absorbent surfaces, moisten before applying the product.
- Do not use on supports subject to continuous humidity lifts.
- Do not use for exterior leveling.
- Do not add water to the mixture that has already started the setting process.
Thickness from 3 to 150 cm Reduces the weight of the slab by approx. 50%. Very light and excellent thermal properties Self-leveling Large seamless surfaces
EMPLOYMENT CHARACTERISTICS

PERFORMANCE
14.2 ltrs. / m 2 and cm thick
C ONSERVATION
12 months from the date of manufacture, in the original closed container, sheltered from the elements and humidity.
REFERENCES
On high absorption supports such as foam concrete, it is necessary to apply a quick primer, F-300 or F-800 bonding bridge.
