RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPLICATION

It should be worked by complete cloths and from wet to wet (this point is very important for intense tone silicate paints). It is advisable to work between two people: one of them loads the surface of the paint with paint with the roller, and the other before the load dries, (two minutes approx.) Combs it with another roller, avoiding leaving an excessive layer of painting. For a correct application, it is essential to comb the paint very well, distributing it perfectly on the surface without leaving a layer too loaded. Apply the paint from bottom to top to avoid dripping. Apply by complete cloths and from wet to wet to obtain maximum color intensity.

BENEFITS

STARTING
The support must be dry, healthy, clean and free of any dust, liquids, chips, etc.
In the case of old substrates, loose particles from old paintings must be removed with mechanical systems or with pressurized water.
Possible efflorescence residues and any other substance that may impair good adherence to the support must also be removed.
On repaired substrates, with a difference in texture or with hair cracks, a coat of Silex (fine silicate plaster) will be applied.
The minimum period of 10 to 15 days (until the appearance of a unified tone without water retention spots) must be respected before applying the silicate paint on a new natural hydraulic lime finish, depending on the weather conditions at the time. The surface is painted by applying two coats of paint.
